Ammazza Caffè was created from a love for hospitality, Mediterranean culture, and simple food made with quality ingredients.
After years of working in hospitality, we wanted to create a relaxed all-day café in Palma — a place for slow mornings, quality coffee, Italian-inspired breakfast, brunch, and sharing food with friends.
Stefano, originally from Rome, brings classic Roman culinary traditions
and authentic Italian flavours to Ammazza, inspired by family recipes, aperitivo culture, and the simplicity of Italian cuisine. His experience working in hospitality and restaurants around the world helped shape
the atmosphere and philosophy behind our café.
Our menu combines Italian roots with the Mediterranean lifestyle of Palma — from Italian-style breakfast and sourdough sandwiches to relaxed brunch, aperitivo, natural wines, and quality coffee served daily. Ammazza is designed to feel warm, relaxed, and welcoming from morning until evening.
